As our services involve the allocation of time, resources, and skilled manpower, our refund policy is based on the stage of the project and the work completed.

1. General Refund Principle

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The amount of any potential refund will be proportional to the lack of work delivered relative to the payment schedule.

2. Full Refund Eligibility (100%)

A full refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

The formal cancellation request is received in writing within 72 HOURS  of the initial payment.

• Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
