Cancellations made after the 7-day notice period will apply to the next billing cycle.

Monthly Plans: Once the monthly service has started, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle. However, if the services have not commenced, we may consider a partial refund based on the work completed.

Annual Plans: For annual service contracts, refunds will only be offered if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of the subscription. The refund will be prorated based on the months of service already rendered.
