BizX Digital provides social media management, digital marketing, and digital content monetization services, including the sale of digital products and subscription-based services. We are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness while protecting the time, resources, and expertise invested in our services.


1. General Policy

  • All payments made to BizX Digital are non-refundable by default due to the nature of digital services and resources involved.

  • Refund or cancellation requests are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any refund, if approved, will be calculated only for the portion of work not delivered, subject to internal review.


2. Cancellation Window (Limited)

A cancellation request may be considered only if:

  • The request is submitted within 72 hours of the initial payment, and

  • No service execution, planning, onboarding, setup, content work, or resource allocation has started.

Once work has commenced, the order is treated as confirmed and active.


3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of BizX Digital, based on:

  • Percentage of work completed

  • Time, manpower, and expertise already utilized

  • Digital tools, platforms, subscriptions, or software activated

  • Any third-party costs already incurred

All approved partial refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Services have been initiated, delivered, or approved

  • Delays caused by the client (non-response, missing content, access issues)

  • Digital marketing campaigns, ad spends, or third-party tools have been activated

  • Digital products, subscriptions, consulting, or one-time setup services

  • Requests raised after 72 hours from payment

  • Change of mind after purchase

Such payments are considered final and non-refundable.


5. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • All digital products, downloadable content, subscriptions, and access-based services are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

  • No refunds are issued for partial usage or unused subscription periods.


6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients are requested to contact BizX Digital before raising any chargeback or payment dispute.

In case of a chargeback:

  • All ongoing services may be suspended immediately

  • BizX Digital reserves the right to submit transaction proof, invoices, logs, and communication records

  • Repeated or fraudulent disputes may lead to permanent service termination

This policy aligns with Razorpay and PayPal merchant guidelines.


7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during purchase

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days (gateway/bank dependent)

  • Any payment gateway fee, bank charge, or currency conversion difference is non-refundable


8. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

9. Agreement

By making a payment to BizX Digital, you:

  • Confirm that you have read and understood this policy

  • Agree to its terms
